Eligibility Criteria for Senior Research Fellow & Other Posts:
Educational Qualification
- Senior Research Fellow: Candidates should possess Master’s degree in Plant Biochemistry/ Plant Molecular Biology/ Plant Biotechnology/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Life Sciences with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree Or Candidate having post graduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have qualified NET.
- Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Entomology/ Zoology (with Entomology)/Life Sciences. The candidates with 3 years’ bachelor’s degree must have NET qualification or equivalent.
Age Limit
Gen: Upper age limit for the post is 35 years.
OBC: Upper age limit for the post is 38 years.
SC/ST/ and women: Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.
Selection Procedure for Senior Research Fellow & Other Posts:
